Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing product listings, updating prices and descriptions, and ensuring accurate inventory across e-commerce platforms.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will track and analyze online sales performance, optimize promotions, and coordinate with store staff to maintain consistent stock and order fulfillment. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries related to online orders, collaborating with marketing to improve product visibility, and monitoring competitor activity. The role also requires preparing regular reports on sales, traffic, and conversion metrics and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance online revenue.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing product catalogs and driving online revenue.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs,



and propose actionable optimizations.
- Candidates should be familiar with online marketplaces or ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or major Indian marketplaces).
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, product tagging, and promotional campaigns.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, and prior experience in fashion or retail ecommerce, are advantageous.
