E-commerce executive - For Myntra - clothing Business

Key responsibilities

- Manage the complete Myntra seller account and day-to-day marketplace operations.
- Handle product listings, cataloging, pricing, inventory, and product updates.
- Manage orders, cancellations, returns, RTOs, and customer-related issues.
- Prepare and manage Myntra manifests, dispatches, and shipment-related operations.
- Monitor Myntra Partner Portal for orders, inventory, penalties, claims, and account health.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Track sales, inventory, returns, cancellations, and marketplace performance.
- Identify and resolve listing/catalogue errors and account issues.
- Coordinate with Myntra support for operational and technical issues.
- Work on pricing, promotions, offers, and product visibility.
- Maintain daily/weekly marketplace reports and performance analysis.
- Ensure Myntra's marketplace guidelines and SLA requirements are followed.





Candidate requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Myntra seller accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Myntra Partner Portal.
- Experience with catalog management, inventory, orders, returns, claims, and reconciliation.
- Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- E-commerce experience in fashion/apparel will be preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be able to independently handle the Myntra account rather than only doing data entry.

Experience in managing Myntra accounts for fashion/apparel brands will be highly preferred.Salary ₹20,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
