- Create and manage EPUB files using Adobe InDesign.

- Upload and manage eBooks on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and Google Play Books.

- Ensure EPUB files meet platform-specific quality and validation standards.

- Manage eBook metadata, pricing, categories, and publishing schedules.

- Coordinate with the editorial, design, and production teams for timely eBook releases.

- Troubleshoot EPUB formatting and publishing issues across different platforms.

Digital Marketing &

- Promotions

- Plan and execute eBook promotional campaigns.

- Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook &
- Instagram)

campaigns for eBook promotions.

- Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and eBook sales.

- Execute SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, metadata optimization, and content optimization.

- Improve the visibility of eBooks on search engines and digital platforms.

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR, CPC, conversions, and sales.

- Coordinate promotional campaigns during book launches, online book fairs, and seasonal sales.

Reporting &

- Analysis





- Monitor eBook sales performance across all platforms.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.

- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.

- Maintain reports using MS Excel and track key performance metrics.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Good knowledge of Amazon Kindle (KDP) and Google Play Books.

- Strong understanding of EPUB format, structure, and validation.

- Hands-on experience in creating EPUB files using Adobe InDesign.

- Knowledge of eBook publishing workflows and metadata management.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook &
- Instagram Ads)

- Working knowledge of Google Ads campaign creation and optimization.

- Strong understanding of SEO (On-page SEO, Keyword Research, Metadata Optimization).

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for EPUB editing will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

- Valuable communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,028.03 - ₹32,000.00 per month
