About The Opportunity

This is a mission-critical role for our top-tier leadership clients, demanding precision, discretion, and proactive problem-solving across time zones. Role &

- Responsibilities

- Manage the Director’s calendar end-to-end—scheduling, prioritizing, and blocking time for US-based virtual/in-person meetings with zero overlaps or conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics including flights, visas, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and itinerary synchronization across multiple time zones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders—filtering communications, drafting emails, and proactively flagging urgent items for the Director’s attention.
- Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and presentation decks ahead of key discussions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Track action items, follow-ups,



and deadlines post-meetings—with precision and ownership—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Anticipate needs: proactively identify schedule gaps, resource requirements, or logistical hurdles and resolve them before they become issues.
