Location: Pune (Work From Office)

CTC: Up to ₹32,000

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working

Shift: Rotational Shifts & Week Offs

Cab Facility: Both-side Cab Facility

Role Overview

Provide end-to-end support to sellers through Voice, Chat, and Email by resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering an excellent seller experience while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries across Voice, Chat, and Email.
- Support sellers with onboarding, listings, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and account management.
- Resolve issues using SOPs and company policies.
- Meet Quality, Productivity, SLA, and Adherence targets.
- Document cases accurately and escalate complex issues when required.
- Identify recurring seller concerns and contribute to process improvements.

Eligibility





- Minimum 6 months of experience in E-commerce Seller Support, Customer Support, BPO, Contact Center, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Communication Requirements

E-commerce Seller Support / Customer Service

- Minimum B2 Communication Skills
- International or Domestic Customer Service experience accepted.

Non-E-commerce Background

- Minimum B2+ Communication Skills
- International Customer Service experience is mandatory.
