Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

Japyara is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update product catalogues on Shopify
- Upload, resize and regularly update product images
- Add and update product descriptions, prices, variants and inventory
- Manage orders, returns, cancellations and fulfilment status
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customer-support teams
- Create discount codes and update website banners and collections
- Identify website or application issues and coordinate with developers for resolution
- Provide basic technical and operational support
- Maintain accurate product, order and inventory reports
- Ensure the website remains updated and error-free





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store
- Strong knowledge of product listing and catalogue management
- Basic image-editing skills using Canva or similar tools
- Understanding of order processing, inventory and fulfilment
- Ability to troubleshoot basic website and application issues
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce or Shopify operations
