Sirii is an early-stage D2C fashion brand building a premium saree brand for contemporary Indian women.
We are building the company lean, carefully and with a strong focus on product, customer experience and profitable growth.
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive who can take ownership of our daily e-commerce operations and work closely with the founder.
This is not a data-entry job. You will be responsible for making sure the business runs smoothly every day.
What You Will Own
1. Orders & Fulfilment
- Manage orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Handle COD verification and order confirmation.
- Coordinate packing, shipping and courier pickups.
- Track delayed, failed and undelivered orders.
- Monitor and reduce RTOs.
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate SKU-level inventory.
- Track stock received, sold, returned and damaged.
- Identify fast-moving and low-stock products.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock.
- Ensure inventory data is always accurate.
1. Returns & Customer Experience
- Manage returns, exchanges and refunds.
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Track recurring complaints and identify patterns.
1. Website & E-commerce
- Upload and update products.
- Maintain product information, pricing, images and inventory.
- Manage collections and product visibility.
- Check the mobile shopping and checkout experience.
- Identify and report website/order issues.

What Were Looking For
Must Have
- 13 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience.
- Experience managing orders, inventory, fulfilment and returns/RTOs.
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good customer communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Telugu + English communication.
- Comfortable working from our Hyderabad office.
Strongly Preferred
- D2C experience.
- Fashion / ethnic-wear / saree experience.
- Shopify, Dukaan or similar e-commerce platform experience.
- Shiprocket, Delhivery or similar shipping platform experience.
- WhatsApp customer support experience.
- Understanding of basic e-commerce / Meta Ads metrics.
Shopify or Shiprocket experience is preferred, not mandatory. Relevant hands-on e-commerce experience matters more.

Within your first 90 days, you should be able to independently manage the core daily e-commerce operation:
