E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage online marketplace operations, improve sales performance, and support the overall growth of the online business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing, and product content.
- Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across marketplaces.
- Track orders and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Monitor sales, revenue, and marketplace performance.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales and performance reports.
- Analyze marketplace data and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Plan and implement strategies to increase online sales and marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor marketplace policies and ensure listings comply with platform guidelines.




- Manage and guide the e-commerce team to achieve business targets.
- Resolve marketplace-related operational issues and customer/order-related concerns.

Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce or Online Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple marketplace accounts.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, pricing, inventory, and order management.
- Positive understanding of marketplace sales and performance metrics.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in managing or guiding a small team will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra or similar e-commerce platforms will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
