Role Description The E-Commerce Growth Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving performance and sales across multiple online marketplaces. This role includes managing product listings, pricing, catalog quality, and inventory visibility to ensure optimal placement and customer experience. The expert will plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates, return on ad spend, and overall revenue.

Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing sales data and trends, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with internal teams for content, design,



and promotions, and addressing marketplace compliance or operational issues. The role also requires regular communication with clients to share reports, recommend strategies, and collaboratively plan roadmaps for sustainable e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of commerce and e-commerce operations, including marketplace workflows and online retail fundamentals.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions for growth.
- Effective communication skills for internal collaboration and client-facing discussions, including reporting and strategy presentations.
- Customer service orientation to ensure positive buyer experiences, manage marketplace feedback, and support brand reputation.
- Sales acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities, drive conversions, and support revenue targets across platforms.
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, or Jiomart is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and marketplace advertising tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting, and comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
