Hiring: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Kamla Nagar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Position: E-Commerce Executive

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Salary: Up to 20K

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online orders from processing to dispatch
- Coordinate and ensure timely order packing & dispatch
- Handle customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other channels
- Assist customers with product queries, orders, exchanges & complaints
- Follow up on pending, cancelled, and undelivered orders
- Support online sales and customer conversion
- Maintain accurate order and customer records
- Coordinate with the warehouse, delivery partners, and internal team

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in E-Commerce / Order Processing / Customer Support / Sales




- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with online order management and dispatch processes
- Positive attitude with a robust focus on customer satisfaction
- Candidates with experience in Fashion / Apparel / Ethnic Wear E-Commerce will be preferred
