Role Description This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Executive role based in Moti Nagar, Delhi. The E-Commerce Executive will manage and optimize online product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring analyzing sales data, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate product information. The role involves managing customer accounts, responding to queries, and supporting digital campaigns to grow online revenue.



The E-Commerce Executive will also collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processes and continuous improvement of e-commerce strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior, and to make data-driven decisions.
- E-commerce account Management experience to handle customer accounts, maintain relationships, and ensure high levels of service.
- Sales Management skills to drive online revenue, manage pipelines, and support promotional activities.
- Team Management abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital business operations is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
