Role Description This is on-site E-Commerce & AI Assistant role based in Bijnor district. The role involves managing online product listings, updating prices and descriptions, and ensuring accurate images and categories across e-commerce platforms. The E-Commerce & AI Assistant will use AI tools to generate and optimize product content, respond to common customer inquiries, and analyze sales and website data to support decisions on inventory and promotions.

Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales and store team to align online, and in-store offers, monitoring customer feedback, assisting with order processing and returns, and helping improve the overall digital customer experience. The role also supports basic digital marketing activities such as updating social media posts, tracking engagement, and suggesting improvements based on performance data.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, website metrics, and customer feedback, and to support data-driven decisions.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for product descriptions, customer messages, and coordination with the store team.

- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support customers through online channels, and maintain a positive shopping experience.





- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Sales and E-Commerce skills, including familiarity with online marketplaces, order processing, product listing, and promotional activities.

- Additional beneficial qualifications include comfort using AI-based tools, attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

- Prior experience in retail, online selling, or fashion-related roles is an advantage, as is knowledge of local language(s) along with English or Hindi for customer interaction.

- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a degree or diploma in commerce, business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

- Learn and use new AI and online selling tools
