We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to manage and support our online marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Handle day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Monitor product performance, sales, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Assist with marketplace promotions, offers, and advertising campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Identify listing issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution.




- Maintain accurate product and inventory records.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Seller Panel.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with good e-commerce knowledge can also apply.
