SBS Global is looking for an experienced eBilling Specialist with hands-on experience in international eBilling operations, preferably supporting US/UK/European clients.

? Must-Have Skills✅ 2+ years of relevant eBilling experience

✅ International process experience – Mandatory

✅ Night/Rotational shift experience – Mandatory

✅ Electronic invoice submission & tracking

✅ Invoice rejection handling, corrections & resubmissions

✅ Valuable knowledge of MS Excel

✅ Experience with eBillingHub, TyMetrix, Serengeti or similar platforms preferred

? Key Responsibilities• Manage electronic invoice submission and tracking

- Resolve invoice rejections and billing issues
- Handle invoice corrections and resubmissions
- Maintain invoice trackers and documentation
- Set up and maintain client/vendor sites, matters, timekeepers, rates,



budgets and accruals
- Coordinate with billing, collections, legal teams, vendors and clients
- Support process improvements and ad-hoc eBilling activities

⚠️ Important: This is NOT a domestic billing, general accounting or day-shift role. Candidates with international process and prior night/rotational shift experience will be preferred.
