- Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) / Transport Driving Licence
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant driving experience
- Experience with college/institutional buses, batch vehicles, or tankers will be preferred
- Positive knowledge of Pune routes
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Good driving record and professional conduct
