Draughtsman – High-Rise Residential Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman to prepare accurate architectural and construction drawings for high-rise residential apartment projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to develop detailed drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings for high-rise residential buildings.
- Develop apartment layouts, typical floor plans, staircase, lift, lobby, parking, and service drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Incorporate architectural and engineering revisions into drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, MEP, and site requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings and construction/detail drawings as required.
- Check dimensions, levels, layouts, and drawing accuracy before submission.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, templates, revisions, and documentation.




- Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Assist in preparing drawing submissions for consultants, clients, and authorities.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards, local building regulations, and approved designs.

Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or Draughtsman Civil.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
- Experience in high-rise residential/apartment projects preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and building components.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential/high-rise building projects preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,667.88 per month
