Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Draughtsman to prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and layouts for retail interior design projects. The role involves converting conceptual designs into exact 2D/3D drawings for production and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

- Prepare detailed 2D & 3D drawings of furniture, fixtures, and interior layouts using AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Revit
- Convert sketches, concepts, and design ideas into accurate shop drawings
- Prepare assembly, fabrication, and installation drawings

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with designers, design engineers, and project teams to understand requirements
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site inputs
- Ensure drawings are aligned with project timelines and production schedules

Documentation & Standards

- Maintain drawing files, revisions, and records systematically
- Ensure adherence to company design standards and material specifications




- Support the preparation of BOQs and material lists

Quality & Accuracy

- Verify dimensions and details for manufacturability
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve design and fabrication issues
- Ensure drawings meet technical and client specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical / Interior Design / Civil / Engineering Drawing
- 1–4 years of experience as a Draughtsman in interior design, retail fit-out, or furniture manufacturing
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit
- Good understanding of materials like plywood, MDF, laminate, acrylic, and hardware
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of site execution and fabrication processes
- Ability to interpret client drawings, sketches, and design concepts
- Coordination with multi-location or multi-project teams

CTC: As per industry standards Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
