Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site visits to measure architectural features, including walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, and utilities.
- Document existing conditions such as furniture placement, fixtures, and structural elements.
- Identify design constraints or structural challenges that may impact the project.
- Create detailed sketches, measurement sheets, and CAD drawings for use in design planning.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of measurements and site updates for consistent reference.




- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during site assessments.
- Utilize tools such as laser measures, tape measures, and digital levels for accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to align site measurements with project objectives.

Requirements

Must have to apply:

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of proven work experience. If you are fresher with a strong will to learn and work, we make sure that you get a chance to prove your worth!
- Proficiency in CAD software and space-planning applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with measuring tools and drafting software is preferred.
- Understanding building codes and regulations is an advantage.
- A confident and compelling tone of communication. Eloquent English Telugu Hindi gets you an extra point.
