nRole Objective

n

nProvide round-the-clock monitoring and first-level support for IT Disaster Recovery systems to ensure adherence to RPO/RTO targets, prompt incident response, and continuous DR readiness through defined runbooks and automation.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- · Monitor RPO/RTO dashboards, replication health, backup status, and DR alerts on a 24×7 basis
n
- · Proactively identify and report replication lag, failures, or DR-related anomalies
n
- · Log and manage DR incidents and alerts in ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
n
- · Execute first-level troubleshooting as per SOPs and automation runbooks
n
- · Coordinate with L2/L3 teams (Infra, Network, Storage, Application) for resolution
n
- · Perform shift handover, update logs, and maintain incident tracking
n
- · Support scheduled DR drills and validation activities
n




- · Ensure evidence collection for audit and compliance requirements
n
- · Regular DR readiness activities and reporting
n
- · Prepare MIS & Reporting
n

nTechnical Skills (Mandatory)

- · Basic understanding of DR concepts (RPO, RTO, DR drills)

- · Exposure to monitoring tools (infra / application / DR dashboards)

- · Experience with ITSM tools (Incident & Change Management)

- · Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux environments
