Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .net, azure, and c#.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of software applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in the microsoft ecosystem and recommend creative solutions to enhance product offerings.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless project delivery.

Skill Requirements





- Proficiency in .net framework, azure services, and c# programming language.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with azure cloud services.
- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams in a fast paced agile setting.
- Solid knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in full stack development and working with databases such as sql server or nosql databases.
