Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide application support to resolve customer issues related to software applications developed using C# and SQL.

- Troubleshoot complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and develop preventive measures.

- Develop and maintain documentation for application maintenance, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in application support engineering or similar role.

- Solid understanding of Java programming language and its applications in software development.

- Experience working on production systems, performing incident management, RCA, and problem resolution.
