Your work profile

- Design, configure, develop, and implement solutions using DocuSign CLM.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and effective CLM solutions.
- Configure contract templates, document generation, workflows, approval processes, clause libraries, and contract repositories.
- Develop and maintain contract lifecycle workflows covering contract creation, review, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal.
- Develop and support integrations between DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, technical discussions, and client workshops.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
- Support testing, deployment, production issues, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of DocuSign CLM solutions.
- Prepare technical and project documentation, including requirement documents, solution design documents, test plans, and user/training documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.

Key skills required:

- Prior hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM.




- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes and implementation.
- Experience in DocuSign CLM configuration, workflows, templates, document generation, clause management, and approvals.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM and Salesforce integration.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and integration concepts.
- Understanding of Salesforce objects, APIs, and Salesforce integration capabilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with positive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and supporting client deliverables.

Desired Qualifications:

- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in DocuSign CLM or Contract Lifecycle Management.
- At least 1-2 end-to-end DocuSign CLM implementation experience.
- Experience working on Salesforce and DocuSign CLM projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware will be an added advantage.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Location and way of working:

- Base location: Bengaluru
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
