Role Description The Documentation and Operations Executive will be responsible for managing shipment documentation, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Key tasks include preparing and reviewing shipping documents, liaising with clients and vendors, monitoring shipments,



maintaining records, and addressing operational challenges. This is a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of shipment documentation processes, compliance regulations, and operational procedures
- Skills in coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics processes
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using software tools for documentation and logistics management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced logistics environment
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is a plus
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
