- Solid sourcing expertise with the ability to assess supplier capability, commercial viability, and operational feasibility.
- Must have a hands-on, execution-oriented approach with strong business acumen.
- Experience in new brand acquisition and onboarding will be preferred.
- Good understanding of CSR, quality standards, compliance, and ethical sourcing requirements.
- Strong team leadership, people management, and execution capabilities.
- Preferably 3–4 years of experience with established sourcing organisations.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, factory operations, merchandising, and production processes.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with international brands, suppliers, and factories.
- Must demonstrate the maturity and leadership required to handle complex business situations
