Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and schedule daily dispatch of vehicles/shipments as per order priority and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure timely loading and dispatch of goods.
- Track vehicles in transit and proactively resolve delays, breakdowns, or route issues.
- Maintain and update dispatch records, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other transport documentation.
- Liaise with transporters/vendors for vehicle availability, freight negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with statutory transport regulations (permits, insurance, driver documentation, etc.).
- Monitor fuel costs, vehicle utilization, and transportation KPIs to control logistics expenses.
- Handle customer/branch queries related to delivery status and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on dispatch performance, delays, and cost analysis.
- Coordinate returns, replacements, or damaged goods dispatch as required.




- Ensure adherence to safety standards for loading, unloading, and vehicle operations.

The company will provide the following benefits to the selected candidate:

- Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
- Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
- Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.
- Job Location: Tema, Ghana, Africa.
- Air Ticket: The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
