- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Ensure the correct product, quantity, batch, and destination are dispatched.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, loading, and stock availability.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters/drivers for timely deliveries.
- Ensure refrigerated vehicles/freezers are maintained at the required temperature before loading.
- Monitor loading and dispatch activities to minimize product damage, melting, leakage, or wastage.
- Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and proper batch-management practices.
- Track dispatched vehicles and follow up on delivery status.
- Coordinate with sales and customer-service teams regarding urgent, delayed, or priority deliveries.
- Maintain daily dispatch records, vehicle details, delivery status, shortages, damages, returns, and pending orders.
- Handle delivery discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Monitor returned, rejected, damaged, or expired products and ensure proper documentation.




- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and maintain accurate system records.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food-safety requirements, hygiene standards, and cold-chain procedures.
- Support stock reconciliation and physical verification when required.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, FMCG, food, or cold-chain operations.
- Experience in an ice-cream, dairy, frozen-food, or FMCG company will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
