- Knowledge of Tube Fittings / Valves / Tubes / Pipes / Engineering Products will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Basic knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill, Invoice and Packing List.

- Valuable communication and transporter/customer coordination skills.

- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.

- Attention to detail while checking size, grade, quantity and item code.

- ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

- Verify fitting size, material grade, quantity, specification and item code before dispatch.

- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, Sales and Accounts departments.

- Ensure proper packing, labelling and identification of fittings and other products.

- Prepare Delivery Challan, Invoice, Packing List, E-Way Bill and other dispatch documents.





- Verify dispatch documents against Sales Order / Customer Purchase Order.

- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and material pickup.

- Maintain transporter, LR/GR and vehicle details.

- Share dispatch and LR details with customer’s/sales team.

- Maintain records of pending, dispatched and delivered orders.

- Prepare daily dispatch reports in MS Excel / ERP.

- Coordinate for POD (Proof of Delivery) and maintain proper records.

- Ensure timely dispatch of export/domestic orders as per customer requirements.

- Report any shortage, wrong item, damage or specification mismatch to the concerned department.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all dispatch records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
