We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations and ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to customers and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely dispatch of orders.

- Verify products, quantities, customer details, and dispatch documents before shipment.

- Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans, invoices, packing lists, and other dispatch records.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Transport teams.

- Coordinate with transporters and delivery personnel for smooth deliveries.

- Track dispatched materials and follow up on pending deliveries.

- Ensure proper packing, labelling, and secure loading of materials.

- Check and report shortages, damages, or quantity discrepancies.

- Ensure dispatches are made only against proper approval and documentation.





- Update dispatch details accurately in ERP/software and maintain records.

- Follow company dispatch procedures and safety standards.

- Report any dispatch errors or system/process violations to the Dispatch Manager.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Any Degree.

- 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, or Operations.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
