As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for an experienced Director – IT Operations to lead our worldwide IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and distributed IT operations.

NThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape the IT strategy while remaining deeply involved in solving complex technical challenges.

NWhat you'll lead:

NGlobal IT infrastructure (Linux & Windows servers, networking, VPNs, Active Directory)

NEnd-user computing, device lifecycle, MDM/UEM, and IT support

NEnterprise applications (ERP, HRMS, ITSM, collaboration platforms)

N24x7 incident management,disaster recovery, and operational excellence

NInfrastructure automationusing Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible

NCloud environments acrossAWS, Azure, or GCP

NGlobal IT teams, vendor management, budgeting, and technology roadmaps





NWe're looking for someonewith:

N15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise IT Operations

NStrong expertise in networking, Linux/Windows administration, enterprise SaaS, and end-user computing

NExperience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones

NStrong automation mindsetwith scripting and Infrastructure as Code

NExperience managing enterprise vendors, IT budgets, and executive stakeholder communication

NGlobal operational exposure across diverse infrastructure and regulatory environments

NNice to Have:

- Experience in BPO, ITES, AI, or technology services organizations

- Experience supporting rapid global growth
