Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through self-sourcing, field activities, and referrals
- Meet potential customers and explain life insurance products
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Provide after-sales service and policy support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- 1–5 years of sales experience (Insurance preferred)
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Local market knowledge is an advantage
