Job Role:

Direct Procurement: (Exp: 1- 5 years)

PR to PO Conversion & Supplier Communication

PO Confirmation & Order Acknowledgement Update (SAP)

Material Delivery Follow-up & Shipment Expediting

STO Creation & Info Record / Source List Creation

IR/SL Updates & RFQ Management

BOM Handling (Aspera Upload)

Basic Requirements required

- Should have analytical skills (written & verbal)
- Positive communication skills
- Knowledge in ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel and PPT skills
- Immediate Joiners are Preferred

Education required: Any graduation (Engineering or Non-Engineering

Walk-in Venue: HCL Tech Sholinganallur Elcot Sez / Tower 4 Building - Chennai

Walk-in Date: September 10th from 11 AM to 3 00 PM
