Direct Channel - Life Insurance | Bangalore

Position: Business Development Manager ( BDM) – Direct Channel

Location: Bangalore

CTC: 4.25 LPA + Travel Allowance + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 1+ year in Life Insurance – Direct Channel

Education: Graduate – Mandatory

Age Limit: Up to 37 years Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition: Drive sales of life insurance products through direct customer interactions.

- Lead Management: Work on company-provided leads + self-generated leads via BTL activities, references, cold calling.

- Client Advisory: Understand client needs, recommend suitable life insurance plans, handle objections and close sales.

- Documentation & Issuance: Ensure smooth application, KYC, medicals,



and policy issuance as per IRDAI norms.

- Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly premium & case count targets.

- Persistency: Ensure policy renewals and maintain healthy persistency ratio. Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year+ experience in Life Insurance Direct Sales.
- Graduate in any discipline – mandatory.
- Robust communication & negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented with field sales exposure.
