About the role

Expert Resourcing is hiring a Maintenance Engineer Trainee to support preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic and all-electric injection-moulding equipment and help maximise plant uptime.

What you will do

- Implement Total Productive Maintenance schedules and support preventive-maintenance execution.
- Diagnose hydraulic-circuit issues, electrical faults and PLC-related problems.
- Help optimise critical spare-parts inventory and reduce mean time to repair.
- Check machine safety interlocks and emergency systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and support machine reliability improvements.

You may be a good fit if you
- Hold any diploma; an engineering degree is preferred.
- Have 1 year of relevant experience.
- Can read hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams.
- Have hands-on mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Have exposure to digital multimeters, hydraulic pressure gauges and standard maintenance toolkits.
