Support new plastic-product development from feasibility and trials to stable production settings.

About the role

Support the development of new moulded products from early feasibility through sampling and production handover. You will work with design, tooling and manufacturing teams to build practical engineering experience.

What you will do

- Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities.

- Help assess product and process feasibility.

- Assist with trial planning, sample schedules and trial records.

- Help define process windows and approved Golden Settings.

- Coordinate with design, tool-room and manufacturing teams.

- Review blueprints, tolerances and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;).

- Use CAD viewers, tonnage calculators and measuring scales.





- Support basic mould-flow review and product-validation work.

- Record trial findings and help close actions before handover.

You may be a good fit if you

- Hold a diploma in engineering; an engineering degree is preferred.

- Have about one year of relevant development or manufacturing experience.

- Can read basic engineering drawings and dimensions.

- Are organised and comfortable coordinating across teams.

- Want to build a career in plastic-product and process development.
