We’re hiring: Digital Painting Educator /n /n Artma Creative Society is looking for a patient, structured, and engaging educator who can make digital painting approachable for absolute beginners. /n This is an education-first role. Solid teaching ability, transparent communication, learner empathy, and a willingness to understand Artma’s curriculum are essential.

Experience in digital painting or a related creative field is an advantage. /n /n Work mode: Remote / Work from home /n Employment: Full-time /n Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month /n ️ Schedule: Six days a week, including weekends, with a weekday off /n Experience: 2–3 years in teaching, training, tutoring, curriculum development, or education /n Reporting to: Venkatesh Paspureddi, Founder, Artma /n /n About Artma /n Artma Creative Society is an online learning platform focused on digital art, digital painting, and practical AI for artists. /n Founded by artist and educator Venkatesh Paspureddi, an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, Artma combines structured courses, live teaching, demonstrations, critiques, recordings, and long-term community support. /n Our creator-led community reaches more than 600,000 people, and Artma has taught more than 6,000 students. /n /n What you’ll do /n • Deliver engaging, beginner-friendly online lessons /n • Explain unfamiliar concepts in simple, practical stages /n • Demonstrate digital painting techniques clearly and adapt the pace to different learners /n • Give constructive feedback through critiques and paintovers /n • Prepare lesson plans, exercises, references, practice drills, and recap material /n • Track student participation, assignments, progress, and support requirements /n • Assist with live workshops, recorded lessons, worksheets,



and community sessions /n • Collaborate with the Artma team to strengthen the curriculum and learning experience /n The goal is to help learners develop both the understanding and confidence to create artwork independently. /n /n What you may teach /n • Art fundamentals: line, shape, form, value, colour, light, perspective, composition, and visual thinking /n • Digital workflows: drawing tablets, brushes, layers, selections, masks, blending, and file organisation /n • Software such as Photoshop, Procreate, ibisPaint, Fresco, or Clip Studio Paint /n • Characters, portraits, landscapes, critiques, and paintovers /n • Practical AI-assisted workflows that complement artistic judgement /n /n Who we’re looking for /n • 2–3 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, training, curriculum development, or education /n • Experience may come from a school, college, institute, academy, online platform, workshop, or private teaching setting /n • Clear communication and facilitation skills /n • Ability to simplify concepts for absolute beginners /n • A patient, organised, dependable, and empathetic teaching style /n • Comfort using Zoom or Google Meet, presentation tools, and basic online-classroom systems /n • Good spoken English and Hindi /n • Availability for a full-time, six-day schedule that includes weekends and may include evening sessions /n /n Added advantages /n • Experience in digital painting, illustration, design, animation, publishing, advertising, gaming,
