Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and results-driven Digital Marketing skilled with 5 years of experience to manage and grow the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.
- Manage On-Page/Off-Page SEO, keyword research, website optimization, and link building.
- Create and manage SEO content, social media content, blogs, and marketing creatives.
- Create graphics, reels, videos, and handle basic photography, videography, and editing.
- Monitor traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Analyse data and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and digital growth.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing in real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/Paid Ads, social media, and Content Marketing.
- Good skills in copywriting,



graphic design, photography, and videography.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools.
- Strong creative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple digital marketing activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications will be an advantage.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, content, design, and creative work is preferred.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is not limited to one area of digital marketing but can take ownership of the complete digital presence of the brand — from planning campaigns and writing content to designing creatives, running ads, improving SEO, and creating photo/video content.
