Digital Marketing Project Management InternKey Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating day-to-day digital marketing projects and campaign activities.
- Support the team in tracking project timelines, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and priorities.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, design, development, and other internal teams for assigned tasks.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and help ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.
- Maintain project trackers, task sheets, briefs, meeting notes, and other project documentation.
- Assist in collecting and organizing client requirements, feedback, and project updates.
- Support the Project Manager/Account Manager in preparing project status updates and reports.
- Assist in coordinating client requirements with relevant internal teams.
- Participate in internal and client meetings when required and maintain meeting notes and action items.
- Help identify pending tasks, delays, blockers, or dependencies and bring them to the attention of the concerned team member.
- Assist with basic digital marketing and SEO-related activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support keyword research, competitor research, content coordination, and basic on-page SEO activities when required.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate records of completed and pending work.
- Learn and stay updated with digital marketing, SEO, AI tools, and industry trends.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools to support research, documentation, reporting, communication, and day-to-day productivity.




- Support the team in improving project coordination processes and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must have completed at least one internship in Digital Marketing, SEO, or a closely related field.
- Must have a good fundamental understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to coordinate with different team members and follow up on tasks professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tools, and workflows.
- Basic understanding or hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- 2023-2026 passed out candidates.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Prior internship experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be a strong advantage.
- Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Internship experience involving SEO, client coordination, project management, campaign management,



content coordination, or reporting.
- Hands-on exposure to real client projects or digital marketing campaigns.

- Candidates should have a clear understanding of basic Digital Marketing and SEO fundamentals.
- Digital Marketing Agency internship experience is preferred.
- Freelancing experience will not be considered as a substitute for internship experience.
- Candidates with a career gap will not be considered.
- Candidates with an education gap will not be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment and coordinating with multiple departments.
- Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in building a career in Digital Marketing and Project/Account Management.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a proactive and organized Digital Marketing Intern who wants to build a career in Digital Marketing Project Management / Account Management. The ideal candidate should already have basic industry exposure through an internship, understand fundamental digital marketing concepts, and be comfortable coordinating tasks, following up with teams, maintaining trackers, and learning new tools and processes.

Freshers without any prior Digital Marketing/SEO internship experience will not be considered for this position.
