Role & basics:

Role: Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive

Company: Hanuman Weavelon Flexpack — FIBC / bulk packaging manufacturer

Location: Surat (office + plant, in office role, normal office hours)

Experience: 3-7 years managing digital marketing for a company; B2B/manufacturing exposure preferred, not mandatory

No agency or freelance person — need full-time person.

Core responsibilities:

· Own LinkedIn (primary), Facebook, WhatsApp Business broadcasts, and website content updates

· Single point of coordination between external agency (if appointed), internal office teams, and plant staff

· Continuous ideation — proactively think of new content angles, not just execute what's handed over.

· Go to the plant, capture raw content (machines, production, dispatch, team, quality checks) and convert it into stories.

· Maintain a content calendar mapped to exhibitions, product launches, certifications, festivals and customer milestones.

· Support offline branding too — brochures, catalogues, exhibition material, presentations, signage,



corporate gifting.

Skills & attributes:

· Highly creative; must think in visuals and hooks, not just captions

· Fluent written and spoken English; Hindi/Gujarati for plant-floor coordination

· Working knowledge of how each platform actually functions — algorithm behaviour, formats, posting cadence, boosted vs organic

· Must be genuinely fluent with Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools — for drafting, ideation, image/video generation, research and day-to-day productivity.

· Need to know how they actually use these Comfortable with basic editing tools; ability to shoot decent photo/video on a phone

Screening requirements:

· Mandatory portfolio: which companies they handled, which platforms, sample posts/campaigns, and what results came out of it

· Ask them to name accounts they personally ran vs. contributed to

· Can give them a small task to assess capability.

· Good-to-have Exposure to manufacturing, packaging, textiles, chemicals or any industrial/export business Basic understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile and website CMS.
