We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager who can support our marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels while contributing to performance marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, content strategy, social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising. You'll work closely with our marketing team to execute campaigns, generate quality leads, improve online visibility, and optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (60%)

- Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content calendars and coordinate content publishing.
- Assist in writing marketing copies, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Track website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools.

Performance Marketing (20%)

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)




- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Support lead generation campaigns with CPL and ROI targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets.
- Build remarketing and retargeting campaigns.

Content Creation (20%)

- Plan, create & execute, on:
- Meta
- Linkedin
- GMB
- Bring meaningful engagement by these content & post

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Valuable understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals.
- Skills on Digital Marketing tools, Canva, Photoshop, Video editing,
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.

Good to Have

- Experience in Education, EdTech, or School Marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
