We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and growth-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee, scale, and optimize performance marketing strategies for both our internal brand and our external B2B clients.

What You’ll Do

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategies across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and display channels.
- SEO & Content Direction: Architect technical and organic SEO strategies to boost search rankings, traffic conversion, and domain authority for multi-industry clients.
- Team Leadership & Workflow: Manage in-house and contract graphic designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to deliver creative assets and ad copy on schedule.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Build, test, and optimize landing pages, ad funnels, and lead generation forms to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).




- Analytics & Client Reporting: Track key performance metrics using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio; present actionable data insights and ROI reports to stakeholders and clients.

Who You Are

- Proven Agency/B2B Experience: 2+ years managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, with a robust emphasis on lead generation for agency services or SaaS.
- Data-Obsessed: Fluent in Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, and paid ad campaign dashboards; adept at turning data into actionable conversion tactics.
- Strategic & Hands-On: Skilled at both high-level strategy planning and low-level campaign setup, budget pacing, and audience targeting.
- Strong Leadership: Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing presentation skills.
