Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Growth Manager to work on a contract basis. The role supports the development of the business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached and operational efficiency is maximised. Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities with educational providers and ensuring student recruitment targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and creating partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.
- Assisting the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
- Analysing customer feedback data to assess satisfaction with company products and services.
- Supporting programme management team members to maximise enrolment.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in business development or partnership management within educational or training sectors.
- Ability to analyse financial data and develop cost-reduction strategies.
- Skills in customer feedback analysis and service improvement.
- Experience in training and guiding business development staff.
- Knowledge of product development and competitive positioning.
