Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing, organic growth, and marketplace dominance. The ideal candidate blends deep expertise in D2C metrics and SEO with hands-on experience using AI-driven automation to scale revenue across platforms.

Mandatory Qualification

- B-Tech in Computers (Applications without this will not be considered)

Key Responsibilities: SEO & Organic Growth

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to exponentially grow organic website traffic and maximize Amazon search visibility.
- Leverage industry-standard tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Ubersuggest.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Implement forward-looking optimization strategies, specifically Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep analytical understanding of D2C and marketplace metrics, including ROAS, CPM, CTR, CAC, AOV, LTV, and TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales).
- Proven experience implementing AI automations using advanced tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Astra, etc.




- Extensive proficiency in structuring and scaling campaigns via Meta Ads Manager.

Bonus Points For

- A proven track record of successfully scaling monthly digital revenue from ₹10L to ₹1Cr+.
- Direct experience managing and scaling brands on international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., US, UK, Australia).
