We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, Analytics, and Digital Strategy, along with proven experience managing teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.

Drive lead generation, conversions, traffic, and overall marketing ROI.

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.

Work closely with content teams to create high-performing marketing campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Track KPIs, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, ROAS, and other relevant marketing metrics.

Manage client/stakeholder communication and provide regular performance reports.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–6 members across performance marketing and content functions.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms,



and industry best practices.

Required Skills

3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and conversion optimization.

Experience with digital analytics and data-driven marketing.

Proven ability to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Excellent communication and client-management abilities.

Strategic thinking combined with strong hands-on execution capabilities.
