We are building a technology-driven platform for jewellery businesses and are looking for an ambitious candidate who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales, lead generation and business development while working closely with a growing startup team.

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated candidate with robust Hindi & Tamil communication skills who is willing to take ownership of digital marketing and business development activities.

This position starts as a 3-month internship, with an opportunity to transition into a Digital Marketing Manager – Full-Time role based on performance, ownership and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage and optimize YouTube Ads
- Build and improve lead-generation funnels
- Manage Gogoldo's Instagram and Facebook presence
- Track ad spend, leads, CPL, conversions and ROI/ROAS
- Prepare marketing reports, pitch decks and investor/business reports
- Make 10–20 outbound calls daily to potential jewellery business clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain prospect relationships
- Pitch Gogoldo and convert qualified prospects into customers




- Participate in 1–2 business/report meetings per month at DLF Cybercity, Porur, as required
- Work closely with the startup team to test new marketing and sales strategies

Requirements
- Strong Hindi & Tamil communication skills
- Basic/practical knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing
- Understanding of YouTube Ads and marketing funnels
- Good communication and sales skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls, follow-ups and client meetings
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new marketing strategies
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Interest in working in a startup environment

Compensation & GrowthInternship: 3 Months Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance after successful completion of the internship

Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000/month

Performance-based growth opportunities will be available as Gogoldo grows. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, ownership and the ability to generate measurable results will have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities.

ImportantThis is a hands-on startup role combining Digital Marketing + Lead Generation + Sales + Business Development.

We are not looking for someone who only wants to run ads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, making calls, following up with leads, analyzing campaign performance, improving funnels and taking ownership of outcomes.
