Digital Marketing Lead

Experience: 4–6 Years

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in SEO, lead generation, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing and SEO strategies.
- Manage technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Plan and execute campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Generate quality leads and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, leads, and ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage content marketing, social media strategies, and online brand positioning.




- Collaborate with internal teams and lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, and remarketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, and Tag Manager.
- Solid analytical, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
