About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across performance marketing, SEO, social media, content, analytics, and lead generation.

The candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving measurable growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO activities to improve organic visibility, website traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms.
- Plan and coordinate content marketing initiatives, including website, social media, blogs, and other digital assets.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through various digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, ROI, CPL, CAC, and other key marketing metrics.
- Analyze website and campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising platform insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Work closely with the sales, creative, content, and business teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience in developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of ROI-driven marketing and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills
- Google Ads / Meta certifications.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of website management and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience working with creative and content teams.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.

Compensation & Joining Salary: 55,000 – 80,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
