PerryDermis is an emerging skincare brand focused on creating innovative, practical and on-the-go skincare solutions for modern consumers.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who wants to work closely with a growing startup, learn how a D2C brand is built from the ground up, and take ownership of real marketing projects.

This is not a role where you'll only be asked to schedule posts. You'll get hands-on exposure to social media, paid advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce, website management, content creation and AI-powered marketing.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow PerryDermis's social media presence, especially Instagram.
- Plan and execute social media content, including Reels, posts, stories and campaigns.
- Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Assist with Google Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and understand metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate and CAC.
- Analyze campaign data and suggest ways to improve performance.
- Assist with performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Manage and update our Shopify website, including products, banners, content and basic website optimization.
- Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Work with influencers, UGC creators and content creators when required.
- Assist in creating basic creatives using Canva.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, ad creatives, copywriting and marketing workflows.
- Track marketing activities and prepare basic performance reports.
- Experiment with recent marketing ideas and identify opportunities for brand growth.





What We're Looking For
- Someone who is genuinely interested in digital marketing, social media and building brands.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of basic performance marketing concepts such as ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR and conversions.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram growth and content strategy.
- Comfortable working with Canva and creating/editing simple marketing creatives.
- Basic understanding of websites/e-commerce platforms; Shopify knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered marketing/content tools.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and take responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
