Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing initiatives to strengthen NuageCX’s brand presence and lead generation efforts. This full-time, in office role based in Pune City involves assisting with social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and contributing ideas to improve performance. The intern will help track and analyze web and campaign metrics, prepare basic reports, and support optimization of digital channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams,



conducting online research on industry trends, and maintaining accurate documentation of marketing activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with interest in current tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, including content creation, posting schedules, and basic community engagement.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics, such as interpreting traffic, engagement, and campaign performance data.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfort with using digital productivity tools; familiarity with Zoho applications or other CRM/marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work on-site in Pune City on a full-time schedule.
