Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support NuageCX’s marketing team with day-to-day online marketing activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.

Responsibilities include assisting in planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content across platforms, and monitoring performance metrics. The intern will help with email marketing, basic search and display campaigns, and updating website content as needed. The role also involves analyzing web and campaign data, preparing performance reports,



and collaborating with consultants to promote Zoho-focused services and case studies.

The intern is expected to participate in brainstorming sessions, stay updated on digital marketing trends, and contribute to maintaining a consistent brand presence online.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with core digital marketing tools and practices, including Digital Marketing and Online Marketing fundamentals.
- Skills in social platforms and campaigns, including Social Media Marketing for brand awareness and engagement.
- Basic understanding of measurement and performance tracking, including Web Analytics and reporting.
- Robust Communication skills, with clear written and verbal abilities for content creation and team collaboration.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Comfortable working on-site in Pune City, with willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Familiarity with Zoho products or other CRM/marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
