About The Role: MoreThan160, a global group active in Telecom, Business Messaging, Training, and HR services — is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our internal team.

In this fully remote role, you will lead and execute marketing strategies across all our brands, managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and developing engaging, qualified content to strengthen our global presence.

We’re looking for someone who knows & understands the telecom and business messaging world, with strong digital marketing skills and a passion for storytelling, community engagement, and brand growth.

You Must Have:

- Proven background or understanding of the Telecom and Business Messaging industry.
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube professionally.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative touch.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote global team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Open to candidates from any country worldwide.
